Important Preliminary Points

• These Terms are available in both English and Bengali; in the event of any interpretive conflict, the Bengali version shall apply.
• bgjl reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after any amendment will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.
• This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Use by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.1 Registration Requirements

The following conditions must be met to open an account at bgjl:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be a legal resident of Bangladesh.
• Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bgjl reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. A copy of your national identity card or passport and proof of address may be requested. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure and the deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Right to Close Accounts

bgjl reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the event of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicion of money laundering, or any other legal reason.

3.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods can be used to deposit money at bgjl:

• bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — these four mobile banking methods are supported.
• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for each method.
• Deposits must be made from a mobile number registered in your name; deposits through third parties are not permitted.
• Deposit amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay, please contact support.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method and in the same name as the deposit.
• If there is an active bonus and the wagering requirement has not been met, withdrawals may be held.
• Withdrawals of large amounts may be placed on hold if identity verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

bgjl offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,200 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,200. If you deposit ৳26,000 you will receive the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳41,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus only, not on the deposit plus bonus. For example, if you receive a ৳1,200 bonus, wagering ৳30,000 will make the bonus winnings withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses claimed fraudulently will be cancelled.
• bgjl reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers under special circumstances.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active, unless specifically permitted.
• Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

5.2 Prohibited Activities

• Using bots or software to automate gameplay.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate games.

5.3 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to network disconnection, server problems, or any other technical failure, bgjl will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue. However, bgjl is fully exempt from liability for any loss caused by a technical fault.

6.1 VIP Tiers

bgjl operates four VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback:

• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

6.2 VIP Benefits & Terms

Players can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular gameplay. bgjl reserves the right to modify the terms of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits may be cancelled immediately in the event of a breach of these Terms. Cashback benefits will be credited to the account automatically.

7.1 Our Commitment
